This includes your email address (when you register or subscribe) and an anonymized hash of your IP address strictly for security audit logging and abuse prevention.
2. Audit Logging
To ensure platform security, we log authentication events (logins, logouts, registrations). We pseudonymize IP addresses in our audit logs using a one-way hashing algorithm to protect your identity while maintaining the integrity of our security monitoring.
3. Right to be Forgotten
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data. You can exercise this right at any time using the "Delete Account" option in your account settings. Upon deletion, your email and user records are permanently removed.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies solely for session management and authentication purposes. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
